Elieth Sardinas “Elly” is an international artist and a certified art educator based on the Singapore Curriculum, her work is multi-disciplinary as she constantly explores mediums to bring her ideas to life. She has experience teaching many art forms like drawing, painting, ceramics, picture book making, illustration, etc. has worked as a cultural manager, programming, curating, and developing cultural events and promoting fellow artists at important venues in Singapore like the National Museum, Botanic Gardens, National Gallery, Yong Siew Toh Music observatory, among other venues where she had the opportunity to work in a variety of events like Film Festivals, music performances, talks, photography exhibitions and many others.
She lived 10 years in Singapore and 2 years in Colombia where Elly´s Art Studio was born, an enrichment Art School where she was the Director and Owner of the studio, designed and conducted classes for all ages. The studio has an online show named " Elly´s Art Show" She loves traveling.
She has illustrated various children´s and adult books internationally. ‘Dear Mister Cat’ is her first self-published book as a writer and illustrator. As well has been invited to give talks at various Festivals and classrooms in both countries.
Elly is an industrial designer by profession. In 2011, one of her products ‘Free like a Deer’ made it into the top 100 design of the year by Axxis Magazine in Colombia.
